Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Effective date: 2 September 2026.

This consent is given in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Its Protection".

By using the application «Zakup Ai» (hereinafter — the "Application") and/or by ticking the corresponding box, I, as a personal data subject (hereinafter — the "User"), give Sole Proprietor «ТҰРАРБЕКҰЛЫ» (Тұрарбекұлы Уәлихан, IIN 930515300132, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana; hereinafter — the "Operator") consent to the collection and processing of my personal data on the conditions set out below.

1. Composition of personal data

• information contained in the EDS key and entered by me on the public procurement portal (to the extent necessary for signing, encryption and uploading operations);
• text that I independently send to the AI features of the Application;
• subscription status (received from Apple if paid features are used);
• minimal technical information necessary for the operation of server-side functions and ensuring security.
• information about the holder of the digital signature key taken from the certificate: full name, IIN and (for organisations) BIN and organisation name;
• information about my activity in the App: which sections I open, which procurements I view and take part in (announcement or lot number and title), my search queries, and the outcomes of portal sign-in and document submission;
• the device advertising identifier — only if I myself allow it in the iOS system prompt; without my permission it is not collected.

The Operator does not collect and does not store: the EDS key itself or its password (they are located only on the User's device), nor the amounts of my price offers (bids) — these are formed and encrypted on the device and are not transmitted to the Operator (see the Privacy Policy).

The processing of information about activity in the App, of information from the certificate, and the transfer of data for advertising performance measurement can be switched off at any time in the App itself: Profile → "Analytics and app improvement". This does not affect the operation of the core features.

2. Purposes of processing

• ensuring EDS login to the portal, electronic signing, price offer encryption, uploading of signed documents and submission of an application;
• providing supplementary AI features;
• providing paid functionality and managing the subscription (if applicable);
• ensuring security and technical support;
• improving the Application: analysing at which steps errors and difficulties arise;
• informing about the Operator's products and services and selecting offers matching my activity;
• understanding which advertising brings in new users, so that the Operator does not spend the advertising budget in vain (the fact of installation and the names of usage steps are transmitted, as well as the purchase amount — without information about specific procurements, without full name, IIN and BIN, and without price offer amounts).

3. Actions (operations) with data

Collection, recording, storage (within the limits specified in the Privacy Policy), use, transfer to authorized service providers (Apple, the third-party AI service provider, hosting, the public procurement portal, Meta Platforms — for advertising performance measurement), anonymization, blocking and destruction.

4. Cross-border transfer

I agree that certain service providers may process data outside the Republic of Kazakhstan while ensuring an appropriate level of protection.

5. Term of the consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is given and until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User.

6. Right of withdrawal

I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to goszakup.consult@gmail.com and/or by deleting the EDS key and the Application. Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to provide some or all of the Application's features. Withdrawal does not extend to processing already lawfully carried out prior to the moment of withdrawal.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, understand the scope and purposes of processing, and give this consent freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
